I'm a long-term music producer. I've been writing and releasing music for over 30 years under the moniker Bluze. I worked within the UK Hip Hop, Drum & Bass, Dubstep senes way back, and more recently Electronica has my heart. My releases are the culmination of a life working with beats-based music, which is now deeply integrated with my background of classical training on piano.
My live shows have taken me all over the world, from performing regularly at Brighton's Cafe Expose back in the day, to prestigious club appearances for Ministry Of Sound in London and Baze in San Paolo, Brazil, and Prague alongside Fabio, to Wilderness and Somersault Festivals as part of the Arūpa Gold project.
Following the release of my last EP entitled Broken Bounds, I'm currently working in the studio on my forthcoming album, which will be released in the summer of 2019. Alongside the EP the material on the album will form the basis for my set for next years live performances and festivals.
I'm also co-founder of the independent label Cold Hill, releasing music by Arūpa Gold, Ella Joy and Nányë alongside my own.
